Student Clubs and Study Groups

Officer teams, event sign-ups, and a smooth end of semester

Guitar club president Jay put the whole club in one Main Group, with events, PR, and teaching teams each in their own Subgroup. Club meetings go on the group Calendar, a Sign-up Card collects names for the welcome party, group-buy sheet music goes in a Project Ledger, and event photos go in the Album. At the end of the semester, he transfers Subgroup ownership to the new officers and freezes the old semester's project to keep it.
