Four friends are going to Kyoto for six days. Before leaving, they open a Project Ledger called "Kyoto 6 Days" in their group with TWD as the main currency. In Japan, they log card payments in yen, enter the exchange rate, and it converts automatically. A friend who doesn't have 24h yet is added as a Virtual Member. Plans go on the Calendar and photos go in the group Album. The day they get home, they open Settle Up and it's crystal clear who owes whom.
