Assistant limits, safety, and getting help

   Tap "Report a problem" in the Assistant or on the support page. You can attach up to 10 photos; please avoid capturing passwords, card numbers, or other personal information. Photos are used only to handle this issue, don't count toward your storage, and are deleted automatically 90 days after the issue is resolved, or 180 days after submission if the report is still pending. The report text is kept.

• AI estimates are for reference only: calories and chat analysis are AI estimates and may be inaccurate. Chat insight doesn't show what the other person really thinks.
• Fortune content is for entertainment only: Draw a Card, spreads, and similar content are for entertainment only.
• No professional advice: the Assistant doesn't give medical, legal, or investment advice or judgments. For these questions it suggests you consult a doctor, lawyer, or qualified professional. Organizing your Ledger and spending summaries are still fine.
• Our staff can't see your chats: Assistant chats are stored under your account, only you can see them, and you can delete them anytime. 24h staff don't read them, and the admin dashboard can't show them either.
• It doesn't play a partner or encourage over-reliance: the Assistant is there to help with daily life. It doesn't act as your partner, lover, or family, and won't say things like "only I understand you". It encourages you to stay in touch with trusted friends and family.
• Help in a crisis: if you mention wanting to hurt yourself or being in danger, the Assistant checks in on you first and gives you crisis hotlines (Taiwan: 1925 Suicide Prevention Hotline, 24 hours, free; for immediate danger call 110 or 119). It also suggests being with someone you trust, or seeking help from a counselor, doctor, or other professional.
• Guest mode: the Assistant isn't available in guest mode. Sign up to use it.
• Age: users may be under 18, so the Assistant doesn't produce content that isn't suitable for minors.
