FAQ
What counts toward my storage?
These count toward your storage: photos, videos, and voice recordings saved to an album, diary photos, anniversary photos, event and to-do attachments, files in the Assistant's Stash, and photos, videos, and recordings in Moments. These don't count: photos, videos, and voice messages sent directly in chats (they expire after 7 days). Each file is stored only once and counted only once. The free plan has 1GB and Pro has 10GB. Going over the limit doesn't delete any files; you just can't upload more until you delete old files or check out 24h Pro.
Will photos in chats disappear?
Photos, videos, files, and voice messages sent directly in chats expire after 7 days. To keep one, long-press the message and choose "Save to Album", or tap "Save to Album" under the photo. Once saved to an album, it's kept forever and counts toward the storage of the person who saved it.
What are the upload limits?
Photos are compressed automatically (about 2,000 pixels on the long side). Turn on "Send photos in HD" in Me → Chat for clearer photos, or tap the ⊕ on the right of the input bar and choose "File" to send the original. You can pick up to 9 at a time. Each video can be up to 5 minutes, voice messages up to 5 minutes, and chat files up to 50MB. Events and to-dos can have up to 3 attachments of 10MB each; diaries can have up to 5 photos a day; each Moments post can have up to 9 photos or videos plus one recording of up to 60 seconds.
